Monthly Afghan Ideas

Since I started the Sweetheart ripple I thought about doing an afghan for every month (may take longer, but one for each month). My coworker had a cross stitch leaflet with a cross stitch pattern for each month and each month has a quilt on it. She's done several over the years. So I have some ideas.

January - Snowflake Afghan http://www.artoftangle.com/snowflake.htm
February - Sweetheart Ripple http://www.e-patternscentral.com/det...ification_id=M

Mine:

March - Shamrock square (I have a pattern I wrote up last year and it turned out cute)

April - Butterflies http://www.coatsandclark.com/NR/rdonlyres/24810DAF-0B81-4BB7-AF74-7A6EDBC3E3C6/76175/WR1666.pdf
May - Tulips (not sure yet, there is some quilt pattern somewhere I could proabably use)
June - Double Wedding Ring (started this a loooong time ago, so it's somewhat done) http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/Crochet/Projects/AfghansThrows/WT1647+Wedding+Ring+Quilt.htm
July - Red, White and Blue (I recently found a RWB leaflet at a second hand store, so maybe one of these or a flag afghan) Or there's this one http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/chs-americanaAfghan.html
Which I started here:

I did this one for a friend, used 2 strands of yarn, no pattern, so it's an idea for anyone else:

Aug - Flowers http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/Crochet/Projects/AfghansThrows/WW1002+Flowers+in+a+Row.htm
Sept - Back to School or Home http://happyyellowhouse.com/htm/house.html or maybe even School bus http://happyyellowhouse.com/htm/bus.html
Oct - Harvest of Friendshttp://happyyellowhouse.com/htm/fallghan.html
Nov - Fall Leaves http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/Crochet/Projects/AfghansThrows/WR1039+Falling+Leaves+Afghan.htm
Dec - Christmas http://www.coatsandclark.com/cgi-bin/MsmGo.exe?grab_id=497&page_id=15599360&query=wreath&hiword=WREATHS+wreath+

So those are some ideas. If you have a favorite, please put it in the comments section. I would love to hear it. I have my heart set on some (Jan, Feb [since I'm almost done], Mar, June [since that's half done and a favorite quilt pattern of mine], April [maybe, I want a butterfly one though]).

ETA
I changed Aprils because I tried the butterfly square and could not get it... thought I'd try it for my sampler square afghan.
